Insanity Gems are legendary items that are hard to find in Minecraft. The Player receives three upon killing the Giraffe of Insanity (which is one of the only places you can find them)

Insanity Gems can only be used to 1) forge The Isricelia and 2) to be crafted with a ring of diamonds to make an Insanity Pearl . If the Player has one of these Insanity Gems in their inventory or hobar for too long, they will start to get insane.
