Lost souls are rare and ghostly items dropped ONLY by Bosses or Souls. Souls drop 1 or 2 of these items while bosses drop about 4-20 of these. They stack up to 32 and must have a Soul Sack to collect it with. If right clicked on the ground, it will make Grass into Mycellium, Stone into blocks of coal, ore's into gravel, and mobs into sand by a 5 block raidius. Other than these uses lost souls can be used to craft other soul related items.
