Ruby Shovels are useful items in Minecraft. They are moderately hard to get because of their need of Rubies. They are in-between Iron and Diamond tools and are considered a "cheaper version" of Diamond Shovels.

Ruby Shovels have a durability of 752 uses and will mine soft materials 1.4x faster than an Iron Shovel. They are useful for mining Dirt, Grass, Mycelium, Sand, and Gravel much faster.
